good location near to everything, shopping mall, mrt, host is very friendly

The security Door, its hard to open and close, check in time or dropping of the bag should be anytime , it could be more information or Map where the nearest mall etc, instruction sheets for the clothes dryer. but everything is good.

Beware, the apartment address was never given. 2 days prior to arrival, staff phoned me saying it's no longer available, have to move to 2x 2 bed rooms apartment quite far away. Lots of difficulty finding it even with a local taxi driver. Agreed to cancel the last 2 days as the apartments were completely not what I have wanted. Promised refund which after 2 weeks and numerous request, I and my bank had received nothing. The apartment was Robinson apartment which had a sign at the front door saying no B&B or short stay. I since found short stay apartment rental in many places in Singapore are illegal. Very shady operator in my experience

Location and Good place for family

The place needs to be clean. We found dust and hairs in the rooms. Towels have some stains looks old. There is no enough dishes and utilities like toaster.

The apartment was fabulous and conveniently located near...

The apartment was fabulous and conveniently located near Arab St and Kampong Glam. The facilities of the property were excellent - 2 pools, 3 spas, gym, communal areas to sit etc

The bedrooms each have 2 large beds in them which takes up all the space making the rooms cramped. It would be far better to remove one bed in each room to make this property truly comfortable. It is ideal for 5-6 people but any more would feel like camping. The other thing is the quality of the towels: bath towels only are supplied and as other reviewers have noted, are thin and worn. The bath mats are a bit grotty. It would be great if the quality of the towels was improved and hand towels and washers were supplied. No pool towels are supplied also, there appeared to be no drinking glasses - only 3 huge wine glasses.

Excellent location. Modern, clean and spacious.

Apartment was beautiful. Very modern, spacious and clean. Location was excellent. Located not far from Singapore's MRT (city train system) and the Bugis Junction (shopping centre) and hawker market. Received complimentary airport pick up which we didn't know about until the day of arrival so that was a nice bonus. When we were dropped off at the apartment block, we were greeted by the host who took us up to the apartment and showed us around, as well as explaining how to use all the 'state-of-the-art' features! Thank you also to the host for organising a baby cot/crib for us at no additional cost - much appreciated. Our 18-month old slept very well during our 3-day stay in Singapore.

Only one access key made it very challenging for us to leave the apartment separately. When we were using the pool, my parents couldn't freely leave the apartment to go shopping. They were stuck in the apartment until we had finished. Not ideal. For an apartment that caters for large groups, you really need two access keys. Would have been nice to have received some hand and face towels and some extra towels to use the pool, only got bath towels. Also, it was a bit strange that there were no power points in the bathrooms to use the hairdryer. Looked everywhere, but couldn't find it!

Disappointing.

Location is great.

No drinking glasses. There were many things we were disappointed with the service and the apartment. To begin with we could not access the apartment at check in time 3pm. We had to wait until 4.30. The apartment was still dirty when we checked in. Dirty tables, counter tops and floors. And a lot of dust everywhere. The glass doors had not been cleaned in a long time. The mirrors were all dirty and the towels were very old and stained. We tried to contact the phone number many times to notify the host of these issues and no one ever answered. Even the emergency number was not answered. Many messages were sent by email and no response. Impossible to contact the host during the stay. Everyone one was very disappointed.

Spacious and great location but some inconveniences.

The location is excellent - right above Bugis MRT and close to shops/food. Arab Street is super close by and quite lively at night. The apartment itself was spacious and the complex had a good pool. Having a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer was wonderful.

The beds were a little hard and the pillows are old and lumpy. I’m not sure we slept all that well there. The shower head in the ensuite bathroom didn’t stay upright - a small thing but super frustrating, and communication with the hosts prior to our stay was at times slow and frustrating. Having said that, they were quick to fix the tv when a request was made. Also, whilst we knew that only one room key was available for guests when we booked the stay, the reality of it is quite inconvenient and limiting. We had booked the apartment to stay two weeks later, but for some reason there were issues that couldn’t be resolved and despite several emails and phone calls in the days prior, we landed in Singapore to find our accommodation had to be cancelled. I was frustrated with communication during this time as replies to my emails were slow and on one occasion when I called to try and sort out the issue, the person who answered hung up on me. I finally got a hold of Anne, who was more helpful.

다음번에도 싱가포르 숙소는 여기!!!!!! 최고였어요~

가족과 함께 하는 여행에 최고의 숙소 였어요!! 숙소가 27층이라서 뷰가 정말정말 좋았어요. 그리고 가족별로 방 하나씩 사용 했고, 화장실도 두개라서 붐비지 않았으며, 부모님이 현지식 힘들어해서 아침은 한국음식 먹으려고 가져갔는데 조리해 먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요. 매일 사용해야 하는 수건 및 땀에 젖은 옷을 바로바로 세탁 하고 건조 할수 있는 시설도 좋았고, 31층에 있는 수영장 및 자쿠지는 정말정말 최고였어요!! 언어로 인한 걱정도 안해도 되요! 카카오톡으로 대화해서 번역기로 번역해 확인 및 대화를 했어요~ 호스트가 답변도 잘해주시고 매우 친절해요~! 그리고 저는 영어를 잘하는 오빠들 덕에 조금 더 편하기는 했어요! 그리고 위치도 좋았어요. 뒤쪽으로는 바로 택시 정류장 및 버스정류장이 있었고, 아래로는 지하철이 다녔으며 부기스역 쇼핑몰 및 하지레인이 바로 근처라 걸어다니며 구경하기도 좋고, 주요 관광지까지 택시비가 얼마 안나와서 정말 좋았어요~ 마지막으로 싱가포르 상징처럼 마리나베이 꼭 1번은 가야 해서 마지막날은 마리나베이에서 잤는데 다음번에 가면 마리나베이 절대 안가고 이곳에서만 계속 지내다가 올거예요!

호텔이 아니라서 수건은 빨아서 사용해야 하고 지내는 동안 청소도 직접해야 해요. 이불이 하얀색이라 빨았어도 오염이 그대로 보여서 조금 찝찝했어요! 그리고 보안담당자가 없는 1층을 통해서만 다녔고 2층 수영장 앞에 보안담당자가 있어서 먼가 물어볼까봐 가보지 못했어요! 그리고 그냥 택시는 건물 1층쪽에 정류장이 있어서 괜찮은데, 그랩및 대형차 픽업 이용할때는 비치로드로 꼭 설명 잘 하셔야 해요~~ 아니면 2층으로 가기도 하고 1층 앞쪽으로 가기도 해서 서로 엇깔리수가 있어요! 입구가 많아서 조금 힘들었어요! 마지막으로 열쇠가 하나라 세가족이 갔는데 자유시간을 보내고 오면 꼭 1층으로 데리러 나가야 해서 그게 조금 불편했네요~!
